01How much does computer repair cost?
At-home service is $100 for the visit plus $50 per hour. Typical drop-off repair labor is $50–$200, plus approved parts if needed. Start with a free phone consultation.
02Can a technician come to my home?
Yes. We arrange home visits throughout Greater Montreal. Describe the issue and your service area by phone or text so we can discuss the work and estimate.
03Can I bring my computer to your Montreal location?
Yes. Our address is 408 Rue de Newport, LaSalle, QC H8R 4B2, in Montreal. Call or text before coming so we can arrange your drop-off.
04How long does a repair take?
About 90% of customer issues are resolved within the first hour of an on-site visit. About 50% of drop-off repairs are ready the next day. These are approximate figures, not guarantees; diagnosis and parts availability affect timing.
05Do you remove viruses and repair Windows?
Yes. We inspect suspicious software, remove identified malware, troubleshoot Windows, install drivers and discuss reinstallation when appropriate. We explain the approach before making system changes.
06Can you upgrade my laptop or desktop?
We assess SSD, RAM, graphics and other upgrades for compatibility. Some laptop components are soldered or otherwise not replaceable. Nothing is ordered without your approval.
07What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers our work. It does not mean all replacement parts have a lifetime warranty. Ask us about coverage for the specific repair before approving it.
08Can I speak to a technician in Russian or French?
Yes. We provide service in English, French and Russian. Choose the language you are most comfortable using when you call or text.
